Order Processing and Fulfillment
- Initial Impressions Engraving will generally ship all personalized gift items within 2-3 business days for in-stock merchandise.
- NOTE: The holiday season may (in some cases) extend ship time due to high demand, potential for stock outs, etc. To ensure timely delivery without the need for RUSH charges, please place orders as far in advance as possible.
- All shipment carrier selections are made at the time of shipment and may include US Postal Service or Ground Saver Services carried out by UPS, FedEx, SpeeDee or USPS.
- INTERNATIONAL orders are handled on a case by case basis. Customs duties and tariffs may apply.
Change Fee ($25.00)
Once your order is submitted to II Engraving, it will be considered “work-in-process.” Changes to your order will incur a change fee of $25.00 per order. This is because II Engraving processes orders very quickly once submitted and therefore the rescheduling of production (if possible) may be necessary. If order changes are attempted after an item has been worked on, then changes may not be possible. Order changes may include, but not be limited to, the following:
• Personalization
• Product selection
• Address (wrong address info)
• Ship type (e.g., upgrade to RUSH)
• Product additions to same order
• Gift messages, changes to message, etc
• Other changes to the order

Rush Shipping ($15.00 Fee)
I I Engraving offers a RUSH option to expedite shipments through the factory within 24 business hours. This requires that your order be received by 12 p.m. MDT. When you request RUSH on your order, you will be charged a $15. fee. Please understand that RUSH expedites in house processing only. Please upgrade your ship option in addition if you require even more expeditious processing.
Engraving and Font Information
Items will be engraved exactly as requested including upper and lower case letters. Please enter and review your personalization carefully. For certain items, personalization is ONLY done in the font style shown in the picture at the top of the (blue) order screen. Others may offer a drop down listing of other fonts. If indicated as available, click on the font path at the top of the blue order screen.

Selecting Fonts for Names or Statements
First, click on the listing screen picture of the item you want to order. When the order screen comes up, check the details at the top of this screen for other available fonts (if any). This order screen will show a picture of the item with a sample font engraved on it. Click on “Engraving Lettering Font” or similar term to see available fonts. Follow the form guidance for entry of font name, style type, character limits, number of lines and product dimensions.
Selecting Classic Monogramming
If you would like a classic Monogram, please clearly specify "Monogram" on each item to be monogrammed.
Then provide the initials in this order: First name initial, Last name initial, Middle name initial.
We will NOT change the order of the initials submitted.
Production will produce the MONOGRAM exactly as you have entered/written it in the font shown for the item ordered.
Example The classic monogram for Matthew Wayne Thomas would be MTW.
If you want the first letter of each name instead, it would MWT.

• Checks are accepted, but must clear before shipment will be made.

General Information and Guidelines about returns and exchanges:
II Engraving will will gladly reimburse on all authorized exchanges/returns.
• Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 10 business days of delivery date. No Exceptions.
• All merchandise must be authorized for return by a “Return Authorization” (RA) number issued by II Engraving to the customer.
• No refunds or exchanges are available on personalized items. PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, regardless if they are defective or damaged.
• Return Authorized (RA) replacements will be shipped via UPS ground service only.
• Return Authorized (RA) non-personalized exchange items may incur a restocking fee.
• Return Authorized (RA) non-personalized returns for credit are not reimbursed for shipping.
• Express shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Only ground services will be reimbursed.
